SDC Fabricators, LLC

Through our sister company, SDC Fabricators, LLC, Penn Metal is able to offer custom fabrication of aluminum in up to 10 feet lengths.  SDC Fabricators, LLC specializes in fabricating custom-made metal products for roofers, contractors, and door and window manufactures and installers.

Currently we offer brake metal in a gauges of .040, .050, and .063 in mill finish aluminum or pre-coated sheet in a variety of standard colors.  Coated steel, mill steel and embossed sheets are also available upon request.

SDC has the capability of finishing parts to your specifications including Kynar 500®, Kynar 500 PC®, and Baked Enamel in your choice of customer colors.  Lead-times are considerably shortened as forming and coating are done in the same manufacturing facility.
