Custom Applicator of Architectural Spray Coatings
Pretreatment Whether liquid or powder, proper pre-treatment is the single most important process to a quality finish on architectural products. Penn Metal utilizes a six stage pre-treatment system to ensure corrosion resistance and proper paint adhesion. All pre-treatment procedures adhere to strict AAMA, ASCA and ASTM standards. Painting All finishing at Penn Metal meets or exceeds AAMA, ASCA and ASTM standards to ensure quality products. We are a job shop facility and specialize in small quantity and custom color applications as well as large production jobs. Baking All material is baked in a gas fired baking oven at the 500ºF temperature required by the industry's most durable high- performance coatings. Temperatures and times are carefully controlled and monitored to ensure that all coatings are properly cured for maximum performance and best appearance.
